If I do the dishes, I try often to do the mindfulness way and I thank for the fact that hot water from the tap, that people have created and I play for it with warm water and I stop at each sign, Cup, my, etc. I wash and thank it for its services and am glad then again everything is clean and ready for use. was that way you make very different. Is there love and gratitude for the fact that I have the opportunity and resources to do it in spite of my COPD. I must therefore do often do in stages, but it works very well, you do then still a part and then it is much easier. Goethe said that young people want everything at once and that older people know that if you do a little every day the best things come about.

I take twice as much time off as I think I need and then I always keep time, and that is a nice feeling, there is then no stress which must be finished within a short time the. Doing things slowly, the consciousness gives the possibility to be aware, that too is mindfulness.

M’n afwastempo is heel relaxed, I play more than I work. As I used to do the dishes at home, I always lingered long in the hope that there would be help, I did it reluctantly and then take the time that you're working extra long. But even if you do it too fast is not good consciousness can not attach to the action. The mind goes on horseback say they.

When I wash, I'm with my mind on the dishes and not with other things I need to do, I was wondering if I wash and many of us do not and are already in their minds at the next subject and making restless, which has a stress in the hand.

If you're afraid you'll break something, the chances are you'll break something, for fear the dreaded pull. When I married my wife was broke many dishes, we got my father's whole ugly heads and therefore threw in the wash, because we were not afraid to break them, because they had no value for us, despite the toss- and throws work broke no one….Fear is the opposite of love, You can not fight terror, just as you can not fight the darkness, you just have to do the light and so it is with fear of breaking crockery too, your love shine and the fear disappears. The Bible also says that love makes casts out fear.

So I do not buy a dishwasher because I think we are doing so much machine / mechanical like we are robots. Gurdjieff points there in his work. Not mechanical act, but conscious awareness and then is such a dishwasher in the way.
