Taking knowledge of the laws of life and cosmic laws and living afterwards and cooperating with grace leads to the art of living and happiness, I have discovered the following laws for art of living in my life

-1-First of all, it is a law that you must be awake or are awakening, that you are aware, that you realize you've been sleeping all this time wasn't there. Vernon Howard zei: “Despite the fact that it seems noble, any action taken by an unawakened human disease and sorrow, from smart, deepening' The biggest obstacle, the biggest hindrance to true awakening lies in the fact that people think they are already awake(!). It is an illusion they live in that they mistake for reality. Shakespeare gods:“Readiness Is Everything”, you have to be willing to go through hell to get to heaven. From these first laws all others flow

-2- Let go and forgive. Not attaching to and not identifying with the false image you have of yourself, others and the world.

-3- Feeling connected to the Universal Intelligence and to everything

-4- can enjoy, even and just the smallest things. Those who can't enjoy quickly become unenjoyable

-5- Have humor and the ability to put things into perspective and see through the game that life is often

-6- Be the boss of your thinking and feeling instead of. that your thoughts and feelings are overpowering and bombarding you with their impressions.

-7- The special, seeing divine in the ordinary, see anyway instead of just looking without really seeing.

-8- Have a happy and grateful attitude and therefore attract even more happiness.

-9- Never reject what you have to accept and don't accept what you have to reject.

-10- Dare to be excited, it comes from 'en theos' and that means God in you. Then you are one.

-11- being serene, don't let your self-esteem be determined by the praise or blame you get from others, that is en. other value and no self-worth

-12- Respect for yourself and your fellow man

-13- Love and compassion for yourself and the other

-14- Have the capacity to learn and enjoy learning new things that lead to change and welcome those changes, every improvement is a change

-15- Grow and develop, that goes on to infinity and enjoy your way. The bigger the island of knowledge the longer the coastline of wonder. The more you know, the more you discover that there is much more to know and explore.

-16- Don't be a perfectionist and don't set the bar too high. If you set the bar too high you can go under

-17- Feel that you are unique and authentic and incomparable and so don't compare yourself with others, stand in your own power.

-18- If you are observant of your own inattention, you are observant and that is the beginning of awareness

-19- Have peace in your heart and share and give. Thich Nhat Hanh rightly advocates this with his mindfulness

-20- You have the duality of negative thinking on the one hand and positive thinking on the other, the synthesis, the non-duality is in right thinking, nl. that you are not a human being with a spiritual experience but a spiritual being with a human experience

-21- Never change to please someone else, then it is a defense of old pain called False hope, that says:’If I change, the other will love and like me’ It doesn’t work like that, it is calculated behavior that is seen through and you achieve the opposite.

-22- love your enemies, they point out your weaknesses, attack you so that you can become aware of them and amplify them, only through awareness can you do something about it, otherwise it will continue to rot and cause misery

-23- Have patience, trust and perseverance then everything will turn for the better. Your circumstances do not determine the consequences, but your reaction to those circumstances

-24- to take care of something or someone, without it being at the expense of yourself is also very good for your happiness in life. Volunteers are known to feel better. Cultivate altruism as the Dalai Lama rightly points out.

-25- Don't be against anything, be for something. What you resist only amplifies and therefore has the opposite effect

-26- Don't annoy and don't annoy but wonder. Everything that irritates you in the other is aspects of yourself that you don't want to see yet. Do The Work by Byron Katie and you'll find out. Nothing human is strange to you!

-27- Be playful, lively, live free like the kids but don't be childish. The Bible says that you must become like children to enter the Kingdom of God

-28- don't be too serious. Voltaire zei:’I consider seriousness a disease’ Van de 30 psychiatrists who were asked to tell something funny about their lives, only two succeeded, who is seriously ill here

-29- Look at things from more angles, from a different point of view, such as a.o. Goethe steeds deed. Think of more than one solution to a problem, then you can choose the best one

-30- Laugh often and sincerely, laughing releases endorphins and that increases your resistance and your feeling of happiness and it is contagious

-31- Practice a lot in what you want to learn and what you want to achieve mastery in. Like the golfer who became world champion again and was interrogated by a smart sports journalist, who said:'There is also a lot of luck involved' 'Yes' said the golfer, "But the more I practice the luckier I am"!’

-32- Transform your fears into love. Where there is love there can be no fear and where there is fear there can be no love or only a languishing existence.

-33- Search and find your mission, your vocation and your work become pure joy and contribute to your development and to that of others. The Buddha said,:“Happiness comes when your work and words benefit yourself and others”

-34- Knowing that you know nothing is the prelude to true knowing. Socrates zei:"Now I know I don't know anything". We often think we already know and that is an illusion, the pitfall and the prison

-35-Choose freedom by taking responsibility for your life and having an internal locus of control.

-36- We often consist of different sub-personalities who all go their own way just like orchestra members who each play their own song. The conductor must then come and indicate which song is now being played and that it happens in harmony as a unit. The conductor is the Self.

-37-According to Ken Wilber, consciousness develops like child's play with the cubes that fit over each other. We all start with the smallest cube and can, by being open to putting a bigger cube over it and thus becoming more aware. The little cube knows only its own bounded space like the pool frog that does not know the greatness of the ocean. The bigger cube knows about the small one because it has been. If you continue to grow like this you will come to the art of living and awakening. You were the biggest problem you ever had. Goethe gods:'Dying and becoming'
